You mention that the Gov. lifted smog restrictions on some early and mid

C3`s, but didn`t he also freeze it at a certain year, like 1977? I`ve been

trying to find a copy of that law if you know where I can locate it. I have

a 1977, and I`ve been waiting for it to clear regulations, but if it was

frozen at that year, it will never have the regulations lifted. I`d like to

read what that law says if you know how to find it.

Hi folks, I had posted some time back with questions for advice on buyig

first vette,,,thanks to all who gave good advice. I finally found what I

had always thought I wanted,,,78 model. Now,,who has great ideas on

installing CD/stereo without butchering the dash, or perhaps someone

could tell me where to buy another mounting plate that I can butcher

and then I can keep the origanal put away,,,Thanks to all,,,Dan
